u dont need crystal scapter
ur not ap man -.- plus u already have slow why dont u get frozen mallet instead of crystal scapter?

good start

overall, very nicely coded and stuff. dont really agree with your item build. i seriously dont find rylai's very handy. since you will be attacking a lot, maybe frozen mallet will be a much better choice. for your rune section, you might wanna explain other viable runes. for your summoner spells section, under ghost, you might wanna code volibear properly. also, i think there are much more possible summoner spells for volibear. flash and teleport are good choices. for your item section, more situational items should definitely be added. lane phasing and lane matchups sections should be added too.

I really do like this build, I think that it is a good start and I'm giving an attempt to inspire you to keep working on it. The guide looks really good and I am happy that it is out there. Keep up the good work.
