Guardian Angel, When it gets super late game and the only thing you can do is last longer than your enemy


Banshee's Veil, Instead of Randuin when dealing with high poke damage. Example: Nidalee, Leblanc


Maw of Malmortius, When facing lots of AP or when their AP is carrying


Ravenous Hydra, I feel that you get more out of Blood Thirster than Hydra. I only get this when I'm really ahead in the match and want more damage.

The reason why I choose Ionian Boots of Lucidity over any other is for the Cooldown Reduction. Faster Spells means Faster Ultimate Cooldown= More ganks for your teammates.

Red pot and farm until 700 gold. Go back and buy 2 long swords and then use your red pot to all in them

Although Nasus is Tanky, His early game is extemely weak. Use this to your advantage. You have a small window to shut him down. Requires ganks after lvl 6. Tip. 1-3 All in with Red Pot.


You can all in 1-3 with Red Pot. Yes..can even defeat the great Yasuo

One item to rule them all. HEXDRINKER

I don't mean just get a Hexdrinker the whole game and be able to pwn them all, but that item will significantly help you stay alive during those 1 on 1 battles.

I recommend getting it asap. Maybe even before The Brutalizer. Its THAT important.

Split pushing plays a big part when playing Pantheon. When you aren't fighting as a group, split push a lane to create confusion for the enemy. But be sure to ward so you know when to back out.

Think of Pantheon as an Assassin.
Moving in and out of battle. Swiftly and quietly. Trying to not be noticed. (Can be hard not to notice those thighs though)

Pantheon is not a tank. If you are fighting in the jungle, Use your Heartseeker Strike from the sides or Inside a bush.
You can initiate with your ultimate, but that is the only time. Charging into battle can lead to instant death.
When a team fight breaks out, go in with an ultimate. Why? Other than the extra damage you generate from the ultimate, it also allows you to get close to their ADC or Mid squishes.

It only takes one stun or slow to stop Pantheon. That is why it is important to only go in when you have your team backing you up.

Having Map awareness is key to the success of a Pantheon's gank.

If you take out your TOP Laner, use the time he is running back to the turret to gank Mid lane or Bot by using your Ultimate.

If Bot lane is doing well, gank mid. Vice Versa.

If All lanes are doing well; use your Ultimate TOP or just walk back into lane and kill him again!

REMEMBER! IF YOU ARE DOMINATING YOUR LANE, USE YOUR ADVANTAGE TO HELP EVERYONE ELSE. Whoever you are going against won't be worth much if you kill them over and over. Your time is better spent helping other lanes. Sometimes it only takes one gank to win the whole game.
