Introduction
Pros-

-High Attack Damage
-High Defense and Magic Resist
-High Life steal/regeneration
Cons-
-
-Weak early game ganker (Can't help your solo top lane too much)

-Dependent on Blue to start the jungle
-Susceptable to early jungle ganks
I take smite
and exhaust
as my choices here.
Since the recent jungle changes, almost every champ that can jungle is able to out jungle Warwick and out counterjungle him. To speed things up you must take smite .
As far as exhaust goes, it is a personally choice. I take it for the sole purpose of ganking lanes. Warwick is a bad jungle ganker when compared to Skarner or Udyr or many others. He just does not have a way to keep the enemy in one spot long enough for you and your partner to finish the job.

Wriggle's
is essential to this build. It is the basis for the high farm that it takes to achieve max build by the end of the game.
Madred's Bloodrazor , Berserker's Greaves , and your runes will give you plenty of attack speed when combined with your Hunters Call .
All of your items have a synenergy to them. Together they give you high amounts of life steal/regeneration, tankyness, and good AD. For example Force of Nature and Warmog's when combined give you high hp from Warmog's armor and HP regeneration from both plus FoN's unquie passive to gain 0.35% of your maximum HP per second is increased by the extreme HP given from Warmog's .
Furthermore, Warmog's makes your AD go up by use of Atma's Impaler . Plus Atma's Impaler gives needed armor to survive physical damage.
Bloodthirster is your last item and just icing onto the cake. Boost to AD, and Lifesteal just makes you hit harder and last longer.

I start my game by buying cloth armor and one health potion. My path in the Jungle is as follows: Blue Buff, Wolves, Wraiths, Red, Golems, Wraiths, Wolves, Golems, Wraiths, Wolves. I continue on this path untill I have reached 1300 gold at which point I B and get Wriggle's Lantern .
I return to the jungle, ward Dragon, and upon level 6 I look for oppurtunities to gank. If a opportunity opens up during my normal route I take it and use exhaust to help secure the kill. I do not wait long on ganks, if it is not going to happen I return to the jungle to gain levels and gold.
If a player Bs or is killed in lane then I will take over the lane grabing as many creep kills as possible until that champion comes back.
I usually B again when I have 920 gold to get my Berserker's Greaves. My next B is at 1050 gold to get recurve bow. By this time I take dragon down or I have ganked Dragon from the enemy jungler via my ward and a quick smite kill and usually take the enemy with it.
From level 9 on usually games start getting hairy and lanes switch a lot, but you cannot stop leveling and farming. Take lanes when you see it and jungle constant. If a team fight insues, hang back and wait for it to go as some fights take 5 minutes of dancing to start. Until you see fur fly level/farm. Generally by doing this you will out level and gear anyone on the map and when you jump out they take you for granted and you surprise everyone.
From this point in the game, after you have bought up through Force of Nature the kills start coming fast. The enemey team is having a hard time killing you and you are profitting. Continue farming and hit 18 and farm some more. At your full build you will feel invincible, but do not try and take on the whole team. The CC will put you down.
