Items

The Berserker's Greaves is for attack speed and a little for movement speed. The Phantom Dancers are for critical hits and attack speed. The Starks Fervor and Wriggles Lantern really give you the upper hand in 1v1 and in ganks. Plus the Starks Fevor helps your teammates near you almost as much as it helps yourself. Last but not least you get the Black Cleaver for attack damage which is really helpful.

Skill Sequence

The skill sequence is good because you get Hungering Strike and Hunters Call because Hungering Strike gives you health back whether you use it on an enemy champion or enemy minion and Hunters Call gives you extra attack speed. Then Blood Scent is for when you are trying to catch up to a enemy champ that's running away or if your just trying to 1v1 someone it makes you attack faster. Sometimes you can even use Blood Scent to run away from fights.

When you are actually going into a fight use Hunters Call. Then if you are level 6 or higher use Infinite Duress. If you are going against someone squishy like Ashe, you down to should have their HP at least half. Then you can use Exhaust and Ignite if needed.

Summoner Spells

Exhaust is good for slowing enemy champs. And well Ignite is good for a lot of reasons (1) You can use it in a 1v1 for extra damage.(2) You can use it in a gank for extra damage.(3) You can use it on a champ that you cant catch up to and has low HP.(4) You can also use it on a champion that is turret hugging and has low HP.

Pros / Cons

The pros are simple you have massive life steal especially with your passive added on to Wriggle's Lantern and Zeke's Harbinger. Also you have a lot of attack speed.
The cons are you have low HP and armor so you might want to put on something like a Warmog's Armor, Thornmail, or maybe even a Frozen Mallet.

Farming

This is an alright build for farming but I don't like using Smite because end game there is no use for it. So I would start farming around level 6.
