Well usually when I play WW on TT, the game ends before i can even get my Infinity's Edge, so most stuff past that is really just a guess on what items would be good with him.

As i dont like 3v3 at all, and i cant realy say that WW is a good champ for it, i think it can still be vital.
An issue i see here is a bit of lack of AS early game. My suggestion would be getting Zeal before IE (also for bonus crit chance on that 250% passive from IE) That should work realy well and already give you that little MS edge since on 3v3 there is not much space you can chase if the towers are still up.
Lately 3v3 games are based on who stacks more Sunfires faster so a last whisper can be a good idea also after razor.

Also the runes hmm i would rather stick to red - 9x ArP and quits 3x ArP since ArP is realy godly for physicals and it is hard to obtain via items unlike AS.
