OK this is my first build. so do not be to harsh on me... its really simple, stay in your lane one of your best laning partners is sion, IF he gets his stun it is a 2 second stun at level 1 plus your spin and an ignite will kill any champ that comes and face checks a bush. so the items you get depends on the team. if you have all melee sunfires for the win if you have tanks sunfire for the win if you have melee and casters. get a force in there. if its more casters over melee get banshees veil or FON(force of nature) before you get your funfire capes. the reason i get the sunfire capes it gives you hp, armor, and magic damage per second. with five of them on thats 225 hp a second to any and all enemies around you. plus your spin and decisive strike. that should be up around 500 maybe 600 hp i am not quite sure exactly the amount, but for a tank that is pretty high seeing as how you can take almost anything they dish at you. your main goal is to initiate, and keep your team alive through the fight this will keep attention on you as you slowly eat hp away they will want to get you out of the way first. i will update this as i go along this is just my rough draft. i also for got to add in that after you get you hp pots you want to work towards enough to get giants belt and boots of swiftness
