There is no doubt that a full inventory of 5 archangels and a rabadon's is the most ap a mana based champion can have, but that doesn't happen in real games. If you go that route you will be insta-killed as well... Just like having magai's it makes you the "auto-target" of any enemy team. Regardless, you will probably never get to that point in a match because you will probably have snowballed the game into an early surrender vote.

Brains over brawn...

You basically have to decide if you want a full archangel's or you want a full rod of ages. If you make getting both your goal, which is possible. You would have to drag the game out past the 50 minute mark to stand a chance of having any power whatsoever. I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm just saying you are sacrificing a lot of early game potential in the hopes of having a very long game.

woah woah woah why is the question which item you should get? You get Rod of Ages and Archangel's Staff because Rod of Ages gives a lot of mana and health and works well with Archangel's Staff's passive

As far as I can tell it will take 40 minutes to fully charge an Archangle's with anivia, keeping in mind that you get 1 bonus mana for truning on, and 1 for turning off glacial storm. So unless you make tear your first item, it is going to be hard to get that thing to its full potential. You would be sacrificing the sustainability of rod of ages for possible mana bonuses of archangel's. Yeah you are going to have a higher damage potential, but that's only if you max those mana stacks...

Oh yeah, and IT STILL COSTS MANA TO TOGGLE YOUR ULT ON AND OFF...

Mikuroo, thanks for the info on archangel's, i didn't know you could do it at no mana cost, I'll give it a try when I get online.

Archangels can be charged up with your ultimate at no mana cost, just cast it and uncast it.

Also, you claim there are tons of trolls and you want us to upvote your guide to balance out the troll votes. I really do not see any trollvotes except for the one from muukzor.

You may consider them trollvotes but in reality they are people expressing their opinion, all guides get more trollvotes then you have.

No, I'm not a troll account...if you say I am then you are a noob and deserve minus ratings on everything. I viewed the guide...and it didn't have an item that I thought should be essential. Rod Of Ages DOES give a bit of survivability, but is a charge-up, whereas something such as Rylai's can give you a nice bit of instant-goodness. Getting an Archangel's will make her mid game good and her late game VERY strong. I've even seen Anivia's stack 3 of them and be OP. The reason I personally thought of a Rylai's is because it turns GOOD medium-CC into REALLY POWERFUL CC. Me troll? Pfft, as if. And whoever said that Anivia can't charge up an Archangel's...well...um...I disagree.

I could do some math work, it might be viable with just half of it's mana stacks or something.
