Poppy- Huge Crits


Poppy is one of the most underground OP champs out there, If played right she can solo a whole team and carry noobs. If you're looking for a new ap champ to try i'd suggest poppy she's easy to learn and is just a beast. She can pull off the craziest turrets dives and has HUGE damage output. A fed poppy is GG and almost always leads to a surrender. She's fast and mean. Keep in mind this how i play poppy and playstyle is different for everyone.[/URL]

What i use

These two summoner spells make poppy the single best chaser in the game, even a flash makes it hard to get away from this. Summoner spells however are personal preference.

Offense mainly i put one point into archmage's savvy instead of Brute force, The difference is 1AD to 3.6 AP Not big either way, again personal preference. What works for me might not for you.

Poppy should always be Top or Bot, Normally with a partner. My favorite to lane with is singed. My Friend plays a mean singed and he can fling a champ into position for my charge, they don't see it coming and with a little bit of a communication we can almost always get a gank off it. Don't be afraid to use your summoners spells to secure a kill, that's what they're there for. Leaving lane to get blue buff can make a gank. Blue buff is great for poppy as CD reduction is big for her in my opinion.

Skill sequence is situation, there is no rigid rotation that you have to follow. Try using paragon to position yourself to charge an enemy into a wall, Devastating Blow should be your bread and butter. Your ulti should be on about a minute CD with the build, around 30 seconds with blue buff. It can and will turn the tides of a team fight or easily help you burst down a champ 1v1.

Playstyle is different and unique to every player. What works for some may not work for other. If something about my build is just getting under your skin change it! Customizing for what works for you is what will make you more comfortable with your champ and it's what helps you do your best. I normally use paragon to position my charge. Devastating Blow to chunk their health down. I use my ulti when turret diving or to burn a champ 1v1, Your ulti in a team fight can and will turn the tides in your favor, You can take a carry right when the first starts or put it on a tank and spread the love (or damage).
