It looks like one of those books that preschoolers read with pictures, and buttons to press every time you see a certain picture. In other words, this build looks like a kindergartner coded this, and then took a dump on it. Still, more colorful than one of those builds that looks like a shopping list.

As for the advice the build gives you, it is even worse. Are you even lvl 30?

@ Sirell: What to do better:
Everything.

Archive guide, get level 30 (I'm suggesting you are not, yet), play some ranked games, get silver, reread the guide, see how dumb your build is, and rewrite it :)

Well, since I'm being nice, I'll tell you what was wrong, but I'm not going to tell you what to do better.

Summoner Spells: Risky set-up. may have an escape, but it's still vulnerable to slows, hooks and other impediments.

Runes: Scaling Armor Seals is wrong, as is the Scaling AD Quint.

Skill Sequence: Incorrect.

Masteries: Impossible.

Itemization: Wrong at all levels. Should try to build more complete items as soon as possible, not leave them until level 13.

Didn't bother to read anything. Your cheat-sheet is a shambles. People weren't joking when they said everything on it was wrong.
