Hi, I am DrizztDoUrden, and I am showing you my favorite Xerath build. I do believe this will exceed your needs to simply damage to crowd control. I have used this build for the longest of time and it has never let me down. It is basically the essence for you to even carry a game. Even if your team is a failed one they will rely on you more with this build than any other champion on your team. Then there are some people that say "You can't carry with Xerath." They're sadly mistaken because doing over 1,000 with just your E and Q is amazing and not even that your Q will easily do 1,000 with all the magic penetration. and your Q is on a 3-4 second cool down after you max it to level 5. Lastly with this build make sure you are prepared to be a leader; for some reason every time I use this build everyone scrambles so you really have to step up to the plate and take charge to win the game.
