Why max E first

The reason of you maxing E first is because your Q is AS dependant, and leveling it up only gives you slightly more damage, as if you max E first, the cooldown is heavily reduced and the cooldown on target is also reduced, which is really important por dodging skillshots, poking, etc.

Why Stattik instead of Phantom Dancer

With the recent changes to statikk shiv, on Yasuo is super good as at one point on the game he has 100% crit chance, and his wave clear y really good, plus the bonus magic damage is also good. You can still choose to go for a PD, but I would only recommend it if your 1v1's are not going too well, any other case go for stattik.
