I played Yasuo a lot.

I played me with Yasuo to Gold and two Smurfs to Silver easily.

He is/was my Main for Season 4 and will be a long time my Main.
I am normally a "One Trick Pony" with Yasuo.

Con's

-Useless without items
- No built-in sustain
- Escaping relies on units
- Hard to master
- Magic Resistance doesn't scale

Flash : Simply the main spell for Yasuo, Yasuo got only a Gap-closer and an escape when there are enemies to use Yasuo's E.


Ignite : My favourite spell for Yasuo, when you ulted someone you can ignite him during your ult! it will deal additional damage and reduce the enemies heal.


Teleport : Only for Top lane Yasuo, you can use TP and Ignite, but TP isn't that good for Yasuo.


Barrier : The worst spell except for Clarity you could choose for Yasuo... (^-^)

Boots :



Berserker's Greaves : When you are loosing your lane, get Berserker's Greavesfor a better farm possibilty.



Mobility Boots : When you are winning your lane, get Mobility Boots so you can Roam better and get kills from others lane, and push their outer Turret.



Core :



Statikk Shiv : Statikk Shiv is your Main Core item, your Q Steel Tempest proc's the Passive of Statikk Shiv and it gives you 40% Crit chance's.



Infinity Edge : Your second Core item Infinity Edge gives you 50% Crit chance's, you will have 100% with the right runes, Statikk and IE.
And the 250% Crit dmg is an awesome Passive for Yasuo.

Tankyness :



Randuin's Omen : With Your E Sweeping Blade you can get your enemies easily, and with the active from Randuin's Omen no enemy can escape you. The Passive is awesome against the enemy Marksman.



Guardian Angel : Not a Core item but really good, it is hard to kill Yasuo in the Late game, but with Randuin's Omen and Guardian Angel you are closly unkillable.



Lifesteal :



Bloodthirster : Here can you choose your Favourite, i don't play Yasuo often with TheBT, Hydra is in so many way's better.
TheBT : + 20% Lifesteal, + Shield.



Ravenous Hydra : When you are loosing your lane, get Hydra instantly after Statikk Shiv your farming with Hydra passive and Statikk is awesome, you will get easily back to the game with this two items.
Hydra : + Nice Passive, + Nice Active, + Health Reg.
