Attackspeed is good for your "Q" Cooldown, but with Phantom Dancer you have enough

Yellow Runes

Take Armor, all other is useless

Blue Runes

Take Magic resist or attack speed

Jungling

1. First you get Blue with Smite (Blue spawn at 1:55)
2. Kill the Wolves
3. Kill the Ghost
4. Take Red if you have Smite ready or kill the Golems and kill Red after

If your Team pushes you can use your Latern to see when enemy Blue spawn
The Enemy Jungler tried to kill Blue and now can you kill the blue Golem with Smite after you attack the enemy Jungler with one other Player from your Team

Spells

Smite:

take Smite, you need it for Blue and Red and you can make Dragon and Baron !!!

Flash:

I love Flash to jump over walls or to jump to an enemy and port after with yi´s "Q"

Exhaust:

Its good to Slow an Enemy and port after with "Q" to him

Ghost:

I find it useless, you have yi´s Ultimate and sometimes Youmuu`s Ghostblade
