One thing to say
You will have to stay safe before level 5 at least. After you can exploit your ganking skills and start to get kills/assists. You have to gank a lot and at the same time care about the drakes and other objectives. Your clear is pretty good but as I said before, try ganking to get gold. If you're fed, start playing around midlane.
