Draven is the opest adc at lol. You should be fast with this Champion. So you starting your combo with Q but you need to catch the sword when coming back then, when you catch it press W to reload your Q and to atack with two swords, after this slow him/her with E for sure he/she gonna escape drop your ulti(R) he/she will die for sure!
