This is my new champion called Quazar - The crystal machine:
this is certainly a unique champion on it's own, having great pushing ability and defending capabilities in it's own way, you know what they say offence is sometimes the best defence.
His ultimate might be simiral to nidalee's but in contrary to nidalee who gains dexterty, you lose all movement and dexterty to gain power.

The numbers presented here are NOT final and require public feedback for proper balancing.
However please give constructive feedback.

Any sugestions what so ever, even for creating a whole different ability, different numbers, others names, they are welcome, certainly if they are constructive.

Abilities:

Passive(innate):
gets 1% CDR and 2.5% AS (+0.025AS) per enemy champion that's within 1100 range.

Q quid pro quo:
Quazar throws a crystal shard packed with energy in straight line dealing 75/100/135/150/175 (+0.7 bonus AD) physical damage to all enemies hit, then when it arrives at the target area it will explode and deal 65/90/115/140/165 (+0.4 AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area and pin(snare) them to the ground for 1 sec. (speed is about nidalee's spear and it's a skillshot similar to shyvana's ultimate)

CD: 8 sec
Mana cost: 70/80/90/100/110
Radius: 300
Range: 900

Factory Form:
Passive:
Lesser guardians have bombs attached to them, upon dying they deal 25/50/75/100/125 (+0.4 Bonus AD and +0.3 AP) magic damage to all enemies in a 200 range radius.

Active:
Quazar creates 3 enemy seeking projectiles (which prioritize enemy champions), when they hit an enemy they will stun him for 1 sec and deal 100/175/250 (+0.6 AD) phyical damage to him and surrounding enemies. (note, only the ones directly hit are stunned)

CD: 7.5 sec
Mana cost: 95/100/105 (+1.5% of your max mana)
Radius: 225
Range: 675

W wanderers of truth:
Guardians can be controlled with alt-rightclick
Quazar summons 1/1/2/2/3 crystall guards which last 8 seconds(or untill killed)they have the following basic stats,
HP: 225/275/325/375/425 (+ 0.015 HP)
AD: 15/17.5/20/22.5/25 (+ 0.3 bonus AD)
AS: 0.9/0.95/1/1.05/1.1 (+ 0.3 bonus AS)
Range: 125
Arm and MR: 20/30/40/50/60
MS: 400

-The first one, guardian of diamond, has 5/10/10/15/15% more HP, Arm and MR, while his attacks also blind enemies for 1 second (cannot occur more than once per enemy within 5 seconds)
-The second one, guardian of kyanite, has 450 more range, while 5/7.5/10% of your AP is added to his AD and his attacks reduce the enemies Arm and MR by 4 per attack, stacks 6 times and lasts 3 seconds.
-The third one, guardian of black onyx, has 20% extra AS (this means +0.2 AS), all damage done to him is returned for 12.5% and every attack will mark enemies with Onyx debuff, wich can stack up to 6 times lasting 1.5 sec (refreshed upon new attack). Every Onyx debuff will return 5% of all the damage done by the one possesed with a Onyx debuff to itself.

CD: 18 seconds (so 10 seconds if they last the full 8)
Mana cost: 100/105/110/115/120
Range: N/A

Factory form:
Passive:
Summons 2 lesser guardians every 8 seconds, their stats are derived from the guardians, HP*0.65, same AD only 0.15 less bonus AD, AS*0.91, Range, MS and Arm and MR are all the same(they have no specials). (they're summoned next to you and also controlled by alt-rightclick)
They last 6 seconds or untill killed.

Active:
Summons 1/2/3 crystall guards which last 9 seconds(or untill killed),
they all have an extra 50 MS and there attacks slow the enemy by 10%
-The first one, guardian of diamond, now has 20/22.5/25% more HP, Arm and MR and blind lasts 1.25 sec.
-The second one, guardian of kyanite, now has 500 more range, while 12.5/15% of your AP is added to his AD(Arm and MR reduction stays the same)
-The third one, guardian of black onyx, now has 30% extra AS (this means +0.3 AS) and all damage done to him is returned for 17.5% (rest is the same).

CD: 18
Mana cost: 120 (+3% of your max mana)
Range: 300

E elicit:
Quazar shoots an energy beam which deals 80/105/130/155/180 (+0.4 AD and 0.4 AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit and thereafter it's damage is reduced by 10% per enemy to a minimum of 40%, also slows for 10% for 1.5 seconds. At the end of its traject it places a crystal pillar only impenetrable for enemies, this pillar lasts 5.5 seconds, if a new pillar hits it, it's duration is refreshed, maximum of 2 renewals.

CD: 4.5 sec
Mana cost: 75
Range: 625
Radius of pillar: 125

Factory Form:
passive:
Every 3.5/3.5/3/3/2.5 sec a wall only impenetrable for enemies is created around you up to a maximum of 1/2/2/3/3 walls, a wall is destroyed by one hit(normal attacks, abilities, aoe, everything).
first wall has a 150 range radius, second 250 range radius and the third a 350 range radius.

Active:
Quazar Shoots a penetrating energy beam doing 80/160/240 (+0.6 AP) magic damage to all enemies it hits in a line and slowing them by 10/15/20% and decreasing their AS by 15%(-0.15 AS) for 0.75 seconds.
(skillshot, that is directly fired toward mouse cursor upon activation)

CD: 2 sec
Mana cost: 40 (+1% of your max mana)
Range: 900

R reform:
Quazar can transform himself in a factory, transforming in a factory and untransforming will make you channel 0.75 sec, if this channel is interrupted you stay in the old form if you're trying to become a factory and if you're going back to normal and it's interrupted you wont be launched the 400 range.
In factory form he gains a new set of abilities, which greatly increase his power, however he will lose his movement.

All his abilities wil get a pasive, the strength of the passive is decided by the lvl ability itself, the strength of the active is decide by the lvl of his ultimate.

CD: 5 sec
Mana cost when transforming in factory: 100/150/200 mana
Mana cost to maintain factory form: 15/25/35 (+3% of your max mana) mana/sec
Range when transforming in factory: n/a
Mana cost: none
Range: 400

Some calculations:
In these calculations all skill lvl's are maxed and he's lvl 18, and we assume he has 2000 mana.
The the mana costs in factory form are the following:
Q, 135 mana
W, 180 mana
E, 60 mana (this is your bread and butter)
R, 95 mana/sec and costed an initial 200 mana
this means you can keep it up for a maximum of 19 seconds without using any skills. If you're using your skills you can probably keep it up for about 5 to 10 seconds

It is some really cool ideas, but he seems really OP to me.. He has insane damage potential and can probably stay alive by hiding behind his minions most of the time - they spawn each 4.5 seconds, which is a lot.
And furthermore he brings a lot of CC - stun, blind, snare, slow. -> I'd make less CC's with longer durations, that would probably be more effective.

Unless he simply is meant to be a short disrupter.

But all in all some really nice ideas for abilities, I like the factory form idea a lot :p

Thanks a lot for the comment :D

He's indeed meant to be a short disrupter, so that he can keep enemies away or catch up to them.

Made 2 changes, increased the spawn rate of lesser minions from 4.5 seconds to 8 seconds (this way the should it only spawn once or twice (maybe 3 times) in factory mode, first time directly at the beginning.
And decreased the slow and AS duration from E in factory form, from 1 to 0.75 seconds.

Also I think his base health should be quite low, making him pretty squishy about, talon/akali squishy I think, that should even out things a bit.

That seems more balanced. You could just build bulky in early game and go for solo top and keep farming with your minions if they spawned each 4th second :p

But if he is squishy it's probably okay :D

And he could fit really well in teams where the carries REALLY need protection.. Like for example Kog Maw, who has not real escape mechanisms

Also the spawn is only in factory mode, meaning the don't spawn unless you have you ult on
