Fishman, Dragonborn, Ragged Assassin or...

So it's like this:

RP is hard to avail of from where I am - can't also buy it online; I got most of my champs through promos or game events. I've saved some IPs and am ready to buy a new champ preferably tank or just another high damaging melee.

Help me decide which champ should I get: Fizz, Shyvana, Talon or Sejuani?

Please, please, please do tell why'd you choose one too.

Fizz is the melee mid assasin master of killing people at level 6, he will have a hard time pre 6 since he got no good wave clearing, if you like to roam, kill people instead of farming fizz is something for you.
Shyvana, can't say much for shyvana at top, but she's just an amazing counter jungler, she roams really guick, can deal tons of early game damage, and can easily steal buff and get a wave safely, so if you like the thrill of running on enemy territory shyvana is the choice for you (as a jungler)
Talon, he's like an AD fizz master of assassinating targets, the best anti mage in the IMO, got high damage but he's an AD caster and will most likely fall off late game
Sejuani, the boar rider, a really weak character at the moment and i would wait for buff, but she got amazing slows, good teamfight potential, game changing ult and okay damage and survivability mid game, but again there is better tanks, and now she's more like an moving long CD ult.

My choice = Shyvana, i main jungle so.

But choose your style and pick a champ ;)

I'd recommend Fizz, great jungler and mid also.
I am baddie at jungling but if you enjoy that Shyvana is a fine choice also.
Talon can be fun but falls off late game
Sejuani is actually quite a good champ that no one plays -,- Nice jungler also, with better ganks than Shyvana.

Problem with Sejuani at least for me i found is all her cc or 80% is slows.. Slows slow them from getting awawy yes but not from attacking ur team if there not running or actively moving. Stuns snares are alot better.

Her ult is AoE stun :)
