I get the first point, its the only one that has real reason behind it. But what does it state?

Directly on the 2nd one starts the idiocy.
While Attack Dmg can also fuel skills, Dodge isnt able to counter anything else than AA, moreover Crits is the best thing to counter. The fact that there are problems to anti-counter Dodge is ultimately due to the 1st point.
3rd one is the same as the 2nd one: Due to 1st one.
Last one: F***ing marketing.
Dodge = Luck. Yeah right, critting someone 3 times in a row with that 5%... NAAAAAAAH cant be luck, its AWESOME POWNAGE.
