Talon v. Cassiopeia?

[/quote] Hextech Revolver isn't that effective against burst mages, the same would be true against burst assassins. You wouldn't build Revolver against a leblanc, even with it the sustain isn't there. The thing that makes Talon so difficult for Cassiopeia is you have to be ahead to win. His dash silence + bleed and rake makes it very difficult for her to trade with that between level 3-5. After level 6 she can hope to stick it out and ult, but I'm not so sure she wins at all points. I would agree that [[Talon]] needs items, LeBlanc isn't as item dependent as [[Talon]] in my opinion, but that's besides the point. The sustain on revolver isn't that great, unless you're using your poisons to clear minion waves then your pushing hard. Even then I don't think that would be enough sustain. I agree you would have to push him out at level 2, but if you don't then I think you will lose lane[/quote]
