Did I say soon? Nope, didn't think so.

I think the point of the thread was to find champions with high skill caps where the individual player's skill has a huge effect on their effectiveness in game, at least moreso than other champions. I don't think weak/unviable champions count because they simply require more skill to do decently, not necessarily to play well. For example, it might take a fair amount of skill to play Nasus decently, but he's not a complicated champion.
Thanks to Jovy for the sig!

Man I coulda sworn I saw a soon o_O

well anyways Heimer's kit at least is extremely difficult, you have to know when to use turrets, how to aim E (which without a doubt is the hardest skill shot in the game) what the range on your rockets is and when to use ult.

He's pretty hard lul.

Jesus promised the end of all wicked people.
Odin promised the end of all ice giants.
I don't see many ice giants around.

Meh, there are more challenging and rewarding abilities than turrets, rockets and upgrade. I realize they do take some game sense and finesse, but overall I don't find them especially difficult compared to other abilities.

I'll give you the grenade though, that's got to be the slowest damn skillshot in the entire game. I honestly don't know why he has that ability in the first place, lol.

it used to not matter if it was slow because all you had to do was hit turrets with it.

Xerath: proper positioning and right team comps are key.
Orianna: positioning, aiming, familiarizing yourself with her actual ranges.
Syndra: spell animations are kinda slow so your aim, timing, and precision must be really good
Anivia: landing proper Qs is hard to do
Draven & Vayne: positioning is unbelievably crucial to playing these champs. For Draven, the enemy team can abuse the landing spots of Spinning Axe so you also need to know when to and not to catch axes.
My first self made sig ^_^
Care to check out my Mordekaiser guide? I'd appreciate it :D
