I don't think you can report that. I mean it sounds like miscommunication as they didn't even acknowledge you at all.

Some people really don't read chat as soon as they get in and first thing they do is lock then call lane after. You did the same thing they did pretty much and they just didn't notice you. It's kinda sad honestly how communication is completely out the window.

Lesson learned, communicate more and insta-lock less.

You may only report when a rule (or a few) has been broken, otherwise you might get banned for submitting false reports.
