lee sin reduced scale damage on q and range on w, i knew he was in for a small nerf anyway so that doesnt really affect much.
mfs ult scales with both ad and ap, possibly making hybrid mf good.
singed's poison trail is slightly reduced duration on the map, there was a small invisible patch of poison behind the trail that would poison you when it showed that you weren't in it. also the cc reduction is getting reduced
morganas spellvamp is weakened and her shield scales less
tarics ult cd lowered

Nerfs on Lee Sin are joke, it won't change a bit of his dmg and i feel it's only the start of nerfing...
Nerf on Morgana's passive was neeeded, and on her shield is very smart nerf, Phreak explained it very good, support Morgana's won't feel difference and Ap morganas won't be able to support that good now.
Change on MF's ult is interesting, but i think it won't make much difference, maybe it'll be a bit higher dmg.
Singed poison had really too high duration, never though of it, it was dissapearing really too slow, so i asume it's fair nerf.

Why did they even bother doing nerfs/buffs this week? They can't really do any real work with the tournament of god knows what is going on (No, I don't keep up with the times. Bite me). These nerfs/buffs are really meh and I really don't see them doing much at all to how games will go till the next patch.

EDIT: .1 AD ratio drop on both Sonic Wave and Resonating Strike. Safeguard getting a 50 range decrease.
MF's ult scaling off both AD and AP instead of one or the other.
Less spell vamp on morg and a .1 AP ratio off of black shield.
Singed is losing some time on the length of time that his poison stays around and a bug fix about invis poison. CC reduction on ult is being lowered at later levels.
Taric's ult CD dropped to 60 at all levels.
