When you put a rune in the page you cannot any longer use it on that page...it disappears from the list...if that's what you mean O_O

I have 9 Runes Greater MARK of vitality and then i bought one Greater QUINT of Vitality, and when i put at the slot one rune of Greater MARK of vitality DISAPEER !!!! oO'' Woowww...
Can someone explain it to me ??? or help me in this case !?!
