The filter has a white list that reverts censored words that didn't need to be censored, but it needs to be "taught" new words. Profanity filters are a pain in the ***. I did my best to add any words that I could think of but the English language is quite large :)
I have added "circumstances" to the white list, it will be fixed next time we patch the site :) Thanks for the heads up! Let me know if you spot any other words that are censored and shouldn't be.

Bumping this up for "harassing". I was reading a guide today, and there were just stars everywhere (it was a whole section on how to harass properly, while still last hitting). Update that filter.

Is it possible to add a filter to the censor to stop it blocking legitimate words in this way? I suppose I can simply change the wording, but I would rather keep it, and it's kind of lame that some actual words are getting blocked like this.
