Y when i redownload my game update to 89% then it doesnt work take like 40mins and its still not working ? Then it change to 99% it says u missing some thing, when i repair it still says i missing some thing. Can some one help me?

You've tried repairing it without it working? I'd try reinstalling it, unless this is a known issue with this patch that I'm not aware of.

i did. i restart my computer, i reinstall it like 2 times. but it still dont work now it stuck in 99% and it didnt move in 12 mins.....
