Vayne isn't as hard as some people may think, but she isn't easy as well. A vayne player needs mechanics more than any other AD, because she is all about kiting the enemies. You can also make bigger outplays with vayne than with other AD carries by using stealth. Her early game is terrible as well which makes surviving till late game a bit harder as well.
And from all the skillshot-heavy champions, lux is indeed the easiest. You only need to hit one of the skillshots (Q), and E is super hard to miss.
Oh but I gotta say thresh is easy to learn, but reallllllly hard to master. Might be the hardest of all supports to master because you need perfect timing and mechanics. Leona is quite hard as well, but once you've picked her up she's okay.
