Auras- Items/Skills that apply some effect to nearby champions. This will typically be found in items to help your team or items to cripple the enemy team. IE: 
Frozen Heart
Runes- Little boosts for the start of the game that are pretty important. Save your IP for level 20 and buy Tier 3 runes.
Masteries- Like runes but you dont buy them, you just set them in your profile.
Kills are pretty random in early levels so there is no really "good" number. Kill more than you die is a general rule of thumb to follow though.
