[[Zhonya's Hourglass]] definitely counts, but their components that you mentioned don't. The [[Stopwatch]] can only be activated once and then it turns into [[Broken Stopwatch]] which can't be activated at all. I think counting [[Zhonya's Hourglass]] is more than reasonable in this case.
