So me and my friends dislike Skype, and we decided to download Teamspeak 3.
We didn't rent a server so I just created a private channel with a password on the Default Teamspeak server.
The thing is, I've read people getting hacked by getting their IP leaked through TS, and I don't want that to happen.
Anyone here have an idea on how this works, and how to prevent it? Or do you guys know any voice chat software that is safe and reliable?
Teamspeak is safe and reliable.
The only way that your IP could get leaked is by a Server Administrator coming on the server and looking at your connection information.

Meh, use Mumble instead. Open Source goodness all around. It has some impressive voice compression codecs, lots of cool settings and a nice 'quickstart' guide.

I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.
