If the game gets really close, and both you and the enemy have downed inhibitors, the game may come down to whoever gets baron first. So, you can fight over baron.
Or, you can rush their base while they're baroning and win while they're frantically recalling.
It's kind of a mega-backdoor if you're able to get to the right place in the right amount of time.

Plant a sight ward knowing enemy team has oracle elixir and yank with Blitzcrank when they try to counter it.
Plant a hidden sight ward in standard meta game bottom lane and have top lane Teleport to it for gank.
Bait Nocturne ult on a squishy. Flash over a wall into some friends and watch as he flys to his doom.
Pop Elixir of Fortitude when you are at 50% for a burst heal, baits rather well.
Just a few sneaky things off the top of my head.
