I agree animorte. I think the reason the build I read a long time ago mentioned going Crit Damage is that it is so easy to get Crit Chance. Maybe the same with Armor Pen too. However, I think having less crit chance early is a little bit of a hurdle to cross over early in the game.

I also seen a Lifesteal-Yi which had crit chance runes. He had an epic crit rate (60%) combined with epic lifesteal (~75%). I think, these runes aren't the best, but they are good.
