You have to just disengage and run until his ulti is down and then kill him now, whereas before, he'd still be a tanky mofo but you could at least CC him.
Now building tanky just doesn't make as much sense I guess.
Olaf Axe should not be under estimated. It's an amazing fight starter.

They accomplished their goals- Now building lots of resistances makes no sense.
So basically you'll be tanky with HP for 6 seconds- Better make your 6 seconds count.
I still don't know if I think this was really a buff or not. I feel like Olaf is forced into building AD and HP, and I feel like this means that he's only effective during his ulti which lasts 6 seconds long.

I think good teams will just disengage you when the ulti comes out. Then you'll die.
