Patch 13.20 is here with various champion changes, item updates, new skins and much more that we'll go through in this quick article!
The patch features changes from champions and items to jungle and rune adjustments. Champions like Akshan and Bel'Veth have been nerfed, and on the other side champions such as Galio and Jinx have received buffs. Patch 13.20 also introduces some new item changes towards Blighting Jewel, Duskblade of Draktharr, Lord Dominik's Regards and Youmuu's Ghostblade.
Along with all of the above, there have been some changes arriving to certain runes within the game along with a major change arriving towards Smite.
