How can i avoid missing with tibbers when i have pyromania as annie?
K so ive been playing Annie for a while now and i sometimes miss tibbers+pyromania. is there an easy way to make tibbers actually hit more? well then again i do face yi in mid lane sometimes then he starts his ult as soon as i ult x.x

I typically use Annie in mid lane, and before you use your ult you typically want to do one of two things:
1. Calculate whether or not the enemy has a gap closer/escape up.
2. Whether or not it is worth risking to miss your ultimate or to just use a different ability.
Typically, you want to use you Area of Effect stun when there are multiple people around, that's why it's not a guaranteed hit. I will give two examples:
Ex1. The enemy mid laner, let's say Master Yi (in your case) uses his abilities but saves his Q in order to dodge your spells, who do you counter it? Well, you would want to save your Pyromania passive until you have your Q up and then use your Q stun on him. It's a lot easier to land since it's a targeted abilities, so most gap closers/escapes won't be able to dodge it. After it hits them you immediately slam Tibbers on his face and burst him down. He won't be able to dodge Tibbers now, your main damage output, because he was stunned by your Q.
Ex2.You have Pyromania up and, yet again, are going against Master Yi. You are laning moderately well until the enemy jungler, Let's say Vi, jumps into the mix. You have your ult up and you're read to make big plays. Wait for your Pyromainia passive and use it once they are both chasing you, you need to make sure that your AoE (Area of Effect) stun can hit both of them. After that you can use your W, then Q to hopefully get a kill or two.
TL:DR - The basics of this post is this, if you are in a 1v1 situation you want to use your passive on your Q, then ult, makes the ultimate a lot easier to land since they can't move, but if you are in a 1v2 situation you want to initiate combat with your passive empowere Ultimate (or even W, don't forget, it has the same range as your Q so if you can land that it works just as well).
