My personal rules, that are new.
- Never play after watching a tournament, it'll put you in the wrong mindset.
- Take a day, or two to rest from play League of Legends and play some other games, or watch replays, or theory craft. No need to over play and burn out your brain. You need it for decision making.
- Never play beyond the point of feeling beaten, it'll lead to needless anger, being salty and many needlessly large amount of reports.
and of course the three important steps.
Step 1: Get CS/kills
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit
