Although you did not provide situational items and provided just one build, which may as well be good for beginners who need to take it step by step, and the runes are typical, but what you did with the Q W E R and Passive... Heya guys, I am thinking of updating this entirely for the 2021 Preseason as the incoming items make me itch to play League again. I'll keep you posted :) If I do update, it will be a complete overhaul, including a dissection of the new items and how they may affect gameplay. I'll also update the match-up section. Cheers, jhoi

how do i download the build to load in LOL client?

You can import an item set into your client if given the code. I couldn't find one in the guide so I made a code for you to use, hopefully it is the way you want it to be:

Item Set Code

Under the collection tab, click on items, then import item sets. Select the option "Paste copied set" and copy paste the code in there. You should have the build now whenever you get into a game. :)

thank you alot! might be a stupid question but which is the order of buying? like first i would buy all the Spawn options items and then go to example build and buy greaves then reaver and so on? cause it takes a while to get to that amount of gold..
like when would i buy the utility ones? or defense?

@ Maintained is one dedicated vet! @ Invisible Rasta The item options are broken down into categories and it's best to read the guide section talking about item pathways to get a real understanding of what items to buy and when. But a tldr; version of an early game stock-standard build would be the following:

hia!

i'm a relatively new player, i got around level 27 on na, but i had too much lags there so i moved to eu. i come from Smite, which is a 3rd perspective Moba, i used to main adc. i decided to get , since i like her kit and i want to get into adc more.

so obviously, as a kind of bullet member on smitefire, i know how it goes, there are guides that will help me understand the Champ better on Mobafire.

when i saw your name on the guide i clicked without hesitating. cause i know you and your BBcoding guide when i started writing guide back on smf, and boy, was i not wrong, you have an amazing guide here. you managed to teach me how to play adc decently, and which i am thankful for.

one question though, are you sure about not being core on ? i use the item really often and i think the cdr gained from it is super helpful to because of her , my playstyle with her kinda relies on it a lot, and i feel like it's a very prominent factor in 's kit.

regardless, you have my +1!

There's currently 2 different viable playstyles for : DPS-focused with , and ; or utility-focused with , and .

If you like ER, then feel free to treat it as core. If you don't, feel free to ignore it and use the DPS-focused buildpath. Atm it's not really established if one is stronger than the other so it's pretty much personal preference maybe coupled with the DPS build being situationally better vs tanky teams (but mainly personal preference).

Nope, IE rush is bad but ER rush is completely standard. You might wanna check what people are doing on probuilds though, since it might have become standard to just build BF Sword then go straight into Runaan's -> ER since the last time I checked.

Some are. ER is almost as popular as IE is even though IE is used in ER builds but ER isn't used in DPS builds. Meaning the ER build is more popular than the DPS build.

But the past 30 games doesn't even include every game played over the past 2 days, let alone give an accurate assessment of which item is built the most by pros in general. + 30 games only shows 17 pros, only 8 of which I recognize as actual ADC's, the rest are either pros that were off-roling on ADC, or are players from Wildcard regions.

30 games is not a great sample size. Even sample sizes of 300+ give inaccurate conclusions pretty frequently.

I was basing myself off of this, though I'm not sure how far back that takes it's data from.
