In regards to the discussion about memes: If it was equally socially unacceptable to make comments about how gender is ***** and vagina as it is to be racist or sexist, I would be inclined to agree with you on the statement that it's probably not serious. The issue is that it is currently completely socially acceptable to say and believe that, to the point of places like imgur becoming veritable echo chambers with users circle-jerking about how there's only two genders and proclaiming loudly that anyone who feels otherwise is mentally ill/a "special snowflake" and attempting to silence or drive away anyone who tells them they are wrong. I have more reason to believe someone seriously believes that if they post a meme about it than that they're making fun of the people saying there are two genders and that everyone else is mentally ill, because it's completely acceptable to believe and say that.

Why is it offensive if they believe that? Just as anyone is entitled to their opinion that gender may be a spectrum, anyone is entitled to their opinion that there are only two genders. Just because it offends you doesn't mean you get to silence it; you must accept it and move on, just as if you were to offend someone else.

Scientifically speaking there are only two biologically reoccurring genders, Male and Female. There are instances where a man may have a girl brain or vise versa. But gender has to do with which reproductive organs they possess. There are instances where a person can be deformed and born with organs from both genders in which case they can be classified as either or both. However whatever you call them, it would be in relation to them having Male and Female parts, aka the parts of the two actual genders. There may even be instances where someone is born with nothing relating to gender whatsoever, if this is possible then at most you could claim they are non-gendered. Not that they are a new gender. All the other classifications of genders are simply social appropriations. At least that is what the scientists have to say on the matter. But who cares about science right? Let us just debate with our emotions.
You really need to use the right terminology. Gender is a fluid concept that varies a bit in terms of its definition. WHO states this: "Gender refers to the socially constructed characteristics of women and men – such as norms, roles and relationships of and between groups of women and men. It varies from society to society and can be changed". Gender divides into gender role and gender identity. Sex, on the other hand, is closely tied to the anatomy of an individual's reproductive system, and secondary sex characteristics.
As for your scientist comment, there is no real consensus in the scientific world about this whole thing, since it's so new and only really studied by a handful of sexologists. And there are scientists saying that climate change isn't happening etc., so I don't think that they should be held in a higher position just because they have the title.

I don't think I saw the memes you're talking about Nameless (I tend to scroll through them pretty quickly) so I can't say whether or not it was insulting enough to be removed. As MissMaw said, memes tend not to be very serious, but if there's something really distasteful in that channel I don't mind removing it.
People are, however, allowed to have opinions and beliefs that disagree with yours, even if it makes you angry. Political and religious topics can be pretty sensitive, but if someone holds a belief that's counter to yours, that's not something we can really censor. What we can do is intercede in cases where that disagreement just turns to insults.
It's totally up to you if you want to be on the Discord or not but I hope you'll come back.

Sexual preference is an entirely different thing as is sexual identity. If someone thinks they could be a woman it doesn't make them a new gender. It makes them a man with a woman brain which is something that does happen. There is never a reason to move away from the two accepted genders. Everything about how a gender should behave or act or whatever is social construct. There's not really science behind it, it isn't fact. You don't have to behave like a man just because you have a ****. Doesn't make you a new gender if you don't.
