Yeah I don't think it's the firewall, I had it disabled but I crashed mid game this time (which happens occasionally) and didn't stick around for the next match I just restarted. It really shouldn't be my RAM, I just replaced both sticks and I was having this issue prior to the memory switch. I know this doesn't offer much more info, but I'm alos trying to keep this post alive because I really want to get to the bottom of this.
Also, thank all of you for your help so far, I really appreciate it :]

When you say "quick match" finder, do you click "play again" immediately after a game?
And when you crash, does your computer just freeze up or is it a blue screen error?
Yes, that will crash me as well as the play now button after I return to the lobby. The freeze is just a lockup, I can't ctrl+alt+delete but if I have iTunes going or something that will still be working.
@searz I'll try disableing the windows firewall as well, yes the only other game I really play is StarCraft 2, which will crash randomly, but will always crash if I log in> exit out of the game entirely> and then try to launch again.
