What if everybody tried to KS each other? Well, nobody on that team would be doing a whole lot (always waiting for someone else to do the damage).
But what if everybody just ran around killing and stealing? I think it would be pretty even for the most part (excluding the best KSers: Ezreal, Karthus, Twisted Fate, etc...).
