EU servers are being split up

Most likely the competitive side of the EU which is massive isn't happy with this, check the forums on leagueoflegends, how many people are "WHINING" alongside us? alot eh? really think Riot won't care if most of the EU community just suddenly quits?... and yes I think we already established that we could just "move with our friends" yeah that seems simple enough... or is it? and *cough* no it isn't impossible to maintain a server for the whole of Europe. Most of the thread has been a fairly mature and sensible discussion of what's happening and why. Besides, I think I have a right to be angry about it. Lastly I know that it IS possible to maintain servers for Europe. A Riot post even stated it was their software causing the problem. I've played many games before where this was possible. There's also the fact that Riot won't release the number of players they have, so it's hard to know exactly the server load we're talking about. I just have a feeling it should be possible from games I've played in the past. Honestly I guess we just have to wait until the split and see what happens. I'm just not looking forward to it.
