I'd actually say Cho'gath is the one missing here ^^ that is if you need a tank (usually the case, everyone plays a carry at those levels) and a jungler. Cho does not need runes/masteries and is pretty fast aswell.

Stonewall008

There's a very nice guide with what to do and how versatile he is. There's only one problem as cho: It's not always easy to gank in a good way, since rupture could be hard to land, if you manage to hit skillshots fairly often, give him a try I'd say!
I'm back!

Hey guys,

Sorry for late response. I have been trying out various tactics based on what you have said. So far I've got a working jungling route with Nunu and Shaco but it feels like it is slower and im often at low hp making me a easy target for opponents.

Started to go jungle at about lvl3-4 now which kinda works okay, I dont feel like I get that huge advantage in levels or gear but oh boy, it is so fun to always roam, especially with Shaco cause it feels like there's always a gank-opening somewhere.

Anyways thanks alot for the Nunu guide advices as well, tried building him for AP but I dont know didnt quite feel right somehow so tried build him like a tank... tbh, kinda felt like that was the way he was supposed to be played, at least with my playstyle.

Gonna give Warwick a try this week cause I heard from a friend he is available now. Other then that I think I will just use the chars I have and build with tier1 runes (i already got most kinds but need more quantity i suppose as I lvlup) and use either the characters I've bought or the free ones and save my IP for rank20+.

As for Cho'gath.. well I cant wait until he is free and try him out :) Also I have come to the conclusion that I will not buy the EXP boost since this allows me more "training" before getting to 30.

Well, thanks alot again guys, most say I'm not used to this much good and construtive response in a game-forum.

best regards,
Megamatch

good luck :)

I'll let you know now, though, that waiting until level 3-4 to jungle is just a hindrance to both you and the other person soloing the lane. They get underleveled, and then are the same level as their enemies, but then it is a 2v1 of the same level if they are duoing, or 1v1 with the enemy having a higher level, giving your teammate a large disadvantage either way; same to you, since you will be a lower level doing that than you would just jungling and ganking.

Thanks to TRUeLM, Plastictree, Scrax, Xiaowiriamu, foggy12, JahGFX, jhoijhoi, msrobinson, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, MissMaw, and me :) for the sigs!

He's right. If you're gonna jungle, start in the jungle. If you're gonna lane, stay in your lane. (Except for ganks and when it gets out of early game of course.)
My name is Havok.
And yes, your mother loves me.

Check out my Katarina guide!
+rep me because I am awesome.

Thanks to jhoijhoi!

You should also wait until level 20 and buy the best runes then. Buying the earlier tiers is basically a rip off since you'll have to replace them anyway.

So I've read this entire thread and focused on the good advice supplied. I jungle often and personally main Jungle Udyr.
1. jungling is very rune and mastery dependant, and you can't get good runes until level 20, so I wouldn't recommend jungling at this level. Wait until AT LEAST 20-25 when you get some runes and almost full masteries.

3. Don't smite the big wolf. Consume big wolf, kill others, smite blue wraith, do stuff, and you should be good at doubles.

And yea, Jungling is very reliant on Runes/Masteries because your early game is so crucial.

Get warwick, I started jungling with him at level 10 and had good success. I started with twin golems (make sure you have at least 2 points in the experience mastery) and got level 2 after that camp. I proceeded to wraiths or wolves and then depending on my health would get blue or b. Start with cloth + 5 pots, pop first pot the moment you start taking damage.

Nunu, Shaco and tryndamere probably have some of the strongest jungle capabilities in the game, so stick with them if you are under lvl 20. Once you are about lvl 21-30 (and have good enough runes) try other champions out. THE STRONGEST AND EASIEST JUNGLER in the game is Warwick. You can pretty much jungle with him at level 1.

All this is GREAT advice. Buying attack speed and armor runes will increase your jungle speed/survival, but remember the best runes are available at level 20. On a personal note, Jungle Nunu is very easy as long as u don't take on anything you can't kill. This comes with experience, but at low level games taking the blue pill (recalling) is not something to be ashamed of.
Focus on killing Wolves without smiting. ALWAYS smite blue wraith it makes wraiths a cake walk. Golems after that should be easy. Remember to always take . You need to gain maximum experience to insure you can clear full jungle. is also great for jungling. Try spreading your mastery points around the defensive and utility trees. That will help a great deal.
