Basically judging a champ when you aren't a level 30 summoner is....dumb to say the least. Prior to level 30 you're not going to have the full potential with a champ. After lvl 30 you're still inexperienced get full rune set ups then yoU can talk.

I've seen some very decent rivens, its the player obviously. This was around lvl 20 on my smurf. If played right she is a great ad champ, a initiate, stun, very decent combo and incredible ult.
Really great and happy to see that Riot is bringing out a nice sustain dps champ. with some cool effects...
