This is what happens in my head when I get bored... Really bored.

Spongebob Squarepants - The Pride of Bikini Bottom

Role: Anti-carry Bruiser or Tanky Mage or pure Tank
Melee-champion.
Similar to Sion, except way more outrageous. :P
320 base movement speed.



Passive:
I'M READY - When below 50% HP, if not attacked by enemy champions or turrets for 12 seconds, Spongebob will recover 15% of his HP once every 8 seconds until he's returned to full health.

When being attacked, Spongebob gains 1 Budding stack per 10% of his HP lost, maximum: 5.
If dropped below 20% HP, Spongebob spontaneously consumes all his budding stacks to recover his HP and gains 35/50/65 magic resist for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Comments: Spongebob can regenerate. Dig it. >:)



Q:
The Bubble Technique - Spongebob decides on a bubble, selects the target location, and after channeling for 1 second, sends a bubble(s) out with special effects.
Targeting range: 600
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.

• Butterflies: - Butterfly bubbles flutter forth, popping against enemy units, dealing 100/130/155/185/220 (+0.3 per AP) magic damage and stunning them for 1/1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 seconds.
  
• Elephant: - Includes an additional 1 second channel time - Giant mammal bubble is sent floating towards the target location, dealing 200/230/260/290/320 (+0.5 per AP) magic damage when it pops.
  AoE radius: 400
  
• Pie: - Enemies within range are all taunted for 2 seconds towards the Pie.
  Those who make contact with the pie will be silenced for 2 seconds.
  Taunt range: 1000
  Pie radius: 100

Comments: Similar to TF's Pick a Card. Made to be dynamic. Location choose is similar to Wild Cards, because it has several different types of skill-shots.

Elephant - similar to with an auto-explosion

W:
Hydro-dynamic Spatula! - Toggle - Spongebob brandishes his Spatula for combat.

Attack Speed increased by 14/18/22/26/30%, Attack Damage is increased by 10/14/18/22/26 (+0.3 per bonus AD).
Spongebob's attack range is increased by 100/130/160/190/220 and deal 40% AoE damage to units near the struck targets.
Spongebob's attack damage now adds a stacking debuff (max stacks:5), if the stacks reach 5, the targets are slowed by 40%.

Each attack consumes 5/10/15/20/25 mana
AoE range: 400



E:
Kar-a-te! - Spongebob attacks an enemy unit with great percision.

Passive: Spongebob's dodge chance goes up by 8/12/16/20/24%

Active: Spongebob hurls his entire square body with great percision and spin-force. Dealing 100/140/180/220/260 (+1 per AD) attack damage if he meets an enemy champion.
Upon such impact, the target is knocked forward; if the target's back was turn to Spongebob, they are also stunned for 1 second.

Range: 1200
CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds

Comments: Nice little escape mech and chaser skill.



R:
Old Reliable - Spongebob lets out a 1 second global battle cry ("OLOLOLOLOL!"), then leaps forth and attempts to captures an enemy in his net. Can be blocked if other enemies are too close and preventing a clean net-capture.

A caught enemy is suppressed for 3/3.5/4 seconds and takes 10/15/20% increased damage for that duration.
If target isn't caught, it and nearby enemy units that obstructed Spongebob will be slowed by 50/60/70% for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 100/85/70
Range: 1000/1200/1500
Interrupt range: 350 within target's body.

Comments: Fun ultimate designed for ganking and trapping.
Target can still be attacked while under this suppression.

Edit:
-Reduced the scaling on suppression time and made it have a 1 second channel warning that is noticed by audio. A big "RUN YOU IDIOT" effect.
-Nerfed Elephant Bubble's base damage on rank 4 and 5; and added a 1 second addition channel for its size.
-Increased passive's activation requirement time, and lowered interval time for faster healing, but lower non-combat.
-Added a slow for when Ultimate is blocked.
-Changed Hydro-Dynamic Spatula's stackable slow is a stackable debuff that procs a strong slow at max stacks. The current Gangplank is frustrating to play against. I want Spongebob to be fun and scary, not frustrating.
-Made "Old Reliable's" battle cry global... For dramatic effect. :)
-Removed the armor boost from his passive. He doesn't need it.

You are legendary.

Still, a 5 second suppress seems a bit much, doesn't it?

It doesn't do damage, so I don't see a problem.

All shall live in fear of the Jellyfisher! Tower-dive at your own peril. :D

EDIT: Oh, and I added a range-booster to W.
It only puts his range to semi-ranged, but still kinda melee. Makes last-hitting easier, and lets him deal good multi-target damage in team fights.

EDIT:
Just realized late game, Spongebob here can nuke over 500 damage with only 300 AP in 2 seconds.
Going up multiplicatively if there are other enemies around. :)
