Otherwise, i think this build is pretty good. What i think u should do is to get some health per level runes and flat hp quints as Vayne is very squishy
I also have another thing: Why a Trinity Force? I don't really find it useful on Vayne.
The Trinity Force is great for many reasons the slow that it has allows you to chase and attack twice in quicker succession every time you catchup rather than once every time. also the health and mana are always nice, and the bonus damage is great because of all your skills being used in succession. All the other bonuses are just gravy.

Not too bad for a first try on a guide, better then I did at first :P
-Thanks
Some tips:
- Your skill sequence seems a bit weird to me, can you explain?
- Your build is not complete, you can sell Doran's Blade for another item. Also you don't have to add each and every item to buy.
- Why Boots of Swiftness? With the double Phantom Dancer your movement speed is high enough, perhaps Mercury's Threads or Berserker's Greaves are a better choice.
- Your runes are ineffective, I think you will hit the attack speed cap with this. I'd suggest ArPen marks/quints, and fill in the marks and glyphs yourself. I prefer attack speed glyphs and attack damage marks for some easier early game farm.
- You can write Vayne instead of vayne . Just write {{Vayne}} but switch them with the square brackets like this one "[".
- You could take a look at jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide (in my signature), so you can learn a bit more about BBcoding and such.
Might seem like a lot, but I think it's not much work at all. Feel free to PM me when you need more feedback/help!
1.I'll add a section on why the skills are like that.
2.I'm not sure how to denote selling an item but I'll add it in, in the items section
3.The faster the movement speed the better, especially for before you have a phantom dancer it allows you to have early game ability to run around as well as adds quite a bit of speed end game
4.As for runes the cap for +attack speed is 38% in game that is a crazy good bonus for early game and can help make it a strong game from the start I'll try to explain that in the guide.
Also Thank you so so so much for the feedback!!!
