one of the strongest AD carries (Ashe) 450 IP
one of the weakest and most underpowered champions (Galio) 6300 IP
Strength != price. It's always been like that.
Price more or less is how hard they are to play (other than new champions.)
Yi sucks, but it extremely easy to play (press R and E and kill stuff).
Ashe is very easy to play. Hardest AD to master, in my opinion.
Galio is in an amazing spot right now, and if you've not been paying attention has seen a lot of tournament play recently, especially in the hands of AlexIch. He has no ranged auto attack, however, and his ultimate will win you a team fight if it's good and lose you one if it's bad. Needs good decision making to play.
