Cass could benefit fairly well from having the Flash and Ghost combo as she is incredibly slow even with boots. Ignite works well with her too though to secure early kills so it's kinda a toss up IMO. On the other hand flash keeps her in range to finish them off if used for chasing. Personally I think ghost might outweigh ignite in usefulness because it can be used to offset her terrible movespeed. I'll test it out tonight or tomorrow and hit you back with the results.

Except Cass has a slow, and a speed boost, and enough burst damage that she shouldn't NEED ghost. Although ghost would work due to the fast cast times of her abilities. It actually would be pretty funny to score free kills if you caught someone outside of their lane because with ghost they wouldn't be able to get away.

True but landing that speed boost can be a pretty tricky thing to do if being chased after a teamfight or being caught out of position. Also since her burst is that strong that could be used as a point for ghosts argument as ignite probably won't be necessary. Regarding her slow, it has a cast time that could put you in danger in bad situations. Having to turn around to run away kinda sucks.

Why would you have to turn around to cast slow as Cass? Just spit it in front of you and run over it.
And landing Q is not problem if enemy chase u, especially when they are slowed by W.

For some is better flash, for other ghost. But I would not run both on 1 champ, maybe on Vlad there is use for it but on normal AP mids there are better summoner spell choices.

Xerath is excellent with both ghost and flash in my experience. He can position himself alot easier and use that long range of his and needs to get too close for both the offensive summoner spells compared to the mobility.

I've been going between ignite and heal on Mordekaiser (who is a bit different...) and honestly it's all situational.

Flash provides enough mobility. Ghost is not worth losing the damagee from ignite.

The only caster i dont run ignite on is veigar.. I run heal+flash because he is capable of bursting down both carries without the use of ignite (dfg+w+q on one, r+w+q on the other), and heal is a lifesaver...

I just played Annie with mag res, mana reg/lvl, mag pen, and MOVE SPEED QUINTS. I'm never going back to not using it to counter skill shot champs. 380 move speed at lvl 1? Easy ganks, easy map control, and it's very hard to gank you if you're smart.

You don't need ghost with move speed quints and boots at lvl 1.
