Notes:
-At levels 5/10/15 the item provides 10/15/20% CDR.
-At level 7/14 an additional turret can be held in the factory up to a maximum of 4 with 3 being placed at one time.
-Health scales with AP, damage scales with AP + bonus AD, but turrets do physical damage...B/c turrets doing magic damage is stupid...
-turrets will reduce armor and Mr by 2 stacking 25 times.
-The item itself provides AP, and bonus stats upon enchantment.
The following Enchantments are:
-Medic Turret-Turrets will provide minor health regeneration to nearby allied structures, minions, and champion.
-Ammo turret- Turrets will provide As for Heimerdinger and allies as well as restoring ammo of heimer.
-barrier turret- turrets will produce a barrier around themselves providing damage reduction to allies inside the barrier
rocket barrage (Q) you unload all your rockets on an area doing X damage per rocket hit.
Notes:
Rockets recharge over time, on minion kills, all of them come back upon kill, half on assist, and ammo turrets replace them double rate.
rockets scale with AP and AD and do physical damage.
CH-1 Concussion Grenade flash grenade (W) Charges a grenade on first use. after 3 seconds it will explode rather on himself or where he throws it. Upon exploding it stuns all targets caught in the explosion.
Notes:
scales with AP and does magic damage.
rocket boots (E) Heimerdinger dashes to an area and leaves flame behind him, he then gains a movement speed boost and leaves flames behind still that Do X(+AP) damage each half second.
UPGRADE!!! (R) All of Heimerdinger gain a movement speed slow and become invaunrable...all enchanged effects are doubled. Rockets recharge at a double rate. Grenade now blinds/stuns after the stun is up. And Rocket boots once activated become a toggle during the ultimate.
The only thing I'd change is stats is make him Ms 355(the highest) and make the animation of him walking of him flying with a jetpack so he can kite easier.
The objective with his build is to make him viable AD and AP as well as make him fun and viable. I understand that 2 moves do magic and 2 do physical...but turrets shred both and u can get runes...and such to build him either...Whatdya think??
