Not bad for your first try, Arcana! +rep :) Did you follow some signature tutorials?
A few tips: - Click the Move Tool. Check the box "Show Transform Controls". Now your image should have a manipulative box around it. When resizing an image, hold shift when you drag the corners of this box. This will keep the ratio correct. - When using text, try adding a Drop Shadow/Outer Glow/Stroke so that the text is visible. - Try adding a border by clicking on your top layer, ctrl+shift+alt+e, double click the new layer, add a Stroke, set to "Inside" and 3px. Also, my name is spelt a little weird :P Love the artwork though ^^
