My only issue with this guide is that in gear purchase does seem to be a little hard to understand, but it might be because I've only played for a short time. If you can clean up the purchase order for gear, that would be perfect!
Keep up the great work!
Blade of the Ruined King - The 'new' Madred's Bloodrazor. You get extra magic damage and lifesteal on-hit with your ultimate. Is it a good item? I've yet to actually see.
Sunfire Aegis - Extra damage whilst you use your ultimate on someone. Good resistance and hp.
Banshee's Veil - HP, mana and magic resist. Not great, but not bad either.
Zeke's Herald - A good support item that gives you CDR, lifesteal and hp. This might be a good item if you have Kog'Maw or Draven on your team as well.
Shurelya's Battlesong - Can grab an early philosopher's stone to get ahead in gold and build into this item. Great active that can just put the enemy into ultimate range or allow you to escape. That CDR will let you spam your ultimate in addition to this.
Spirit of the Elder Lizard - If you still want a secure start with Hunter's Machete, wards and potions or just want that reliable sustain with Spirit Stone, Elder Lizard can be a great upgrade from these starts.
First of all, whilst double Doran's Rings can work for laning, I would not suggest them for jungling. Even with the increase in gold, the jungler still earns money more slowly than solo lanes, so you must be efficient with your gold spending. Whilst Doran's are generally efficient, in the case of jungling, they put you behind in your build. Warwick does not need AP or mana regen as much after his first clear and can actually solo dragon (or used to be able to in S2) at level 5 with double buff and Madred's Razor.
Now, since times used to be that Madred's Razor was built into Madred's Bloodrazor (which was removed this season), we have to change strategies slightly. You might rush Spirit of the Elder Lizard, for example. Another item you might have to consider is Blade of the Ruined King, which gained the passive of Madred's Bloodrazor.
Ravenous Hydra is a fairly wasted item on Warwick, since he does not (and your build also does not) focus on AD, so the passive won't do very much, ALTHOUGH, I think it might proc with his ultimate. Not sure about this, better test it.
My own preference is to make Warwick tanky, so I might take a Frozen Mallet to add to the CC, for example.
If I think about it, I might actually take a Wriggle's Lantern early game as well.
Now, I will talk about Masteries and Runes.
For runes, Magic Penetration Marks aren't as important, although if you're focusing on maxing AP damage, then it might not be a bad thing. Usually AS marks or hybrid penetration marks are taken. Glyphs of Ability Power aren't bad, but as I said above, I prefer to make Warwick tanky, so I would take Magic Resist per level Glyphs instead. Quints are fine, a good choice.
For masteries, as a general rule of thumb, it's not particularly advantageous to dip past 21 points in any given masteries. I would recommend 9/21/0 masteries, taking points in Butcher , Fury and then specing up until either Weapon Expertise or Arcane Knowledge (I would probably take armor penetration). I think Tenacious is something you shouldn't go without. Tough Skin and Bladed Armor could be a consideration too, but since you're Warwick, it's not absolutely necessary.
If you're going top, then I would probably take Hybrid penetration marks for sure.
Glad to see a section on wards.
This is what I've noticed for the most part. Your guide is pretty short this time around, but it's still pretty good. I will give consideration to some alternate items you can build.
