State of Shyvana?

So I just wanted to ask, how viable is Shyvana in ranked? Am I wasting my time spamming her? I know I'm probably not good enough to eventually reach plat or diamond, but I'd love to be able to climb up to gold in ranked at some point. I like Shyvana because she isn't as mechanically difficult as many other champs, and has an easier time farming than many others. If any more experienced players would be willing to share their perspective on the dragon, I'd really appreciate it! Any tips/advice on how to play her would also be sweet. Thanks so much![/quote]
